Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible 4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging 5. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products
