3. Acceptance of Terms

7. Payment Terms

• Accepted: NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT, cards, UPI, PayPal. Payment before dispatch.
• International charges borne by buyer. Goods remain Cara Exim’s until full payment.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

8.1 Shipping Options & Charges

• Worldwide shipping via DHL/FedEx/UPS or sea/air freight.
• Charges confirmed at order time or via separate invoice.
• EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP Incoterms available. CFR rates for select destinations – contact us for details.

8.2 Timeline and Tracking

• Delivery depends on order size, destination, and method. Tracking provided upon dispatch.
• Delays from customs, holidays or force majeure not Cara Exim’s liability.

8.3 Duties and Import Taxes

• Duties, GST, import taxes at destination buyer’s responsibility.
• Not liable for import regulations or customs delays.

8.4 Risk of Loss

• Risk passes to buyer after shipment handover. Insurance at buyer’s request.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Order can be cancelled before dispatch only. Custom/bulk orders non-cancellable.
• Only defective/damaged/wrong items eligible for return, notified within 48 hours.
• Used/unwashed goods not accepted. Refund processed after inspection.

10. User Obligations & Code of Conduct

• Provide correct information; don’t use fraudulent data.
• No hacking, abuse or commercial misuse of company information.

11. Limitations of Liability

• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Liability capped at value of goods/services purchased.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All products/services “as is” and “as available” without warranties, except as stated in writing.
